Refund policy

Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless there’s a mistake on our end (manufacturing, packaging/handling). 

We also can’t provide refunds for delivery delays caused by things out of our control, like weather, mechanical issues, strikes, incorrect shipping details, or carrier mistakes. That said, we know how frustrating delays can be, so if something unusual happens, we’re happy to work with you and see if there’s anything we can do. We are a team of people who really care about our customers and products and want to do anything we can to help.

If there’s an error with the information you provide during checkout and it causes a delay or non-delivery, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds in those cases.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, but the carrier can likely help if there are any issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
