All orders ship on Monday and Wednesday to ensure carriers can deliver perishables in a timely manner. All items are baked to order and despatched as fast as possible.

Please confirm that the shipping method you select will work for you. Shipping estimates are reasonably accurate, but if you are not comfortable with the guaranteed shipping time, please select a faster rate. Many items are perishable and all are baked to order, so please choose your shipping method carefully!

We don't offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners, and cannot be held responsible for handling after the carrier has taken possession. That said, we understand the significance of timely order delivery and may provide accommodations in exceptional situations.
